Request a Romi Appearance

Applicants must submit requests for Romi appearances at least three weeks prior to the event, allowing at least two weeks for the approval process. All requests are subject to availability.A secure, private room must be provided for the performer to change (bathrooms do not apply). Preferred appearance time is one hour.

I understand there is no fee for Romi to appear at a city event. For private events, a minimum $50 donation to the the Royal Oak Park Fund is required.

I understand that if Romi, the performer or costume, are damaged or are threatened with risk deemed threatening by the performer, my appearance may be cancelled. I further understand that any advertisement for the Romi appearance must be approved by the City of Royal Oak. Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to event.
