Online Royal Oak School Library Card Application

Please fill out this form to register your child for a library card.

You may also use this form to register if you are a K-12 teacher in Royal Oak.

Please note-children who go to school in Royal Oak but live in another city are eligible for a library card that must be renewed every school year. Non-resident cards are the classic butterfly design without the MILibraryCard logo.

Students may visit the library in their home city for a card with full privileges that may also be used at the Royal Oak Public Library.

Please note for Teacher Cards:
Teachers working in K-12 schools located in the City of Royal Oak will be issued cards allowing 9-week borrowing privileges (no renewals) for print materials that are to be used for their curriculum needs. "Express Reads” restricted loan materials are not available under this policy. Registration must be renewed annually. Teachers who live in Royal Oak may still use this form and will be issued a teacher card for use at Royal Oak Public Library only that is valid for 1 year.
