Online Royal Oak School Library Card Application for Delivery

Please fill out this form to register your child for a Royal Oak Public Library card. Please enter your phone number and email information below; do not enter your child's school email address or their personal phone number.

If you are a K-12 teacher in Royal Oak, please apply for a ROPL Teacher Card in person at the Circulation Desk.

Children who attend school in Royal Oak but live in another city are also eligible for a School Library Card, which must be renewed each year. Non-resident cards are the classic butterfly design, without the MILibraryCard logo.
