Application for a new parking station must be turned in 30 days prior to beginning operations.

You will be asked to upload:

• driver's license
• site diagram
• certificate of good standing

before you can submit this application. Please have them ready. 

In accordance witht the code of ordinances, Chapter 503, I/we hereby apply for a license to operate a partking station and it is known that this license will expire December 31 of the year.

The following information is required for processing.

Each owner / partner must be listed below.

Once  you submit your application, it will be reviewed to be sure that all information fields are complete. Once the review is complete, you will be emailed a payment link. Upon receipt of payment, your application will be sent for review. You will be contacted upon approval or denial.

$150.00 (New or renewal with changes)

$40.00 (premium lot with 50+ spaces)

$20.00 (renewal fee with no changes)

I/We hereby grant permission to the City Manager or his representatives, the Mayor or any Commissioner of the City of Royal Oak, free and open access to the place which the applicant proposes to occupy for the aforesaid business; and such access to be for the purpose of making inspection of said premises;

I/We will faithfully conform and cause the premises occupied to comply in all respects with all requirements of applicable Ordinances governing same;
