Please fill out the form below to volunteer at the Royal Oak Public Library. Library staff or a member of the Friends of the Library will contact you after your application and background check have been processed and reviewed.

NOTES:

A background check must be conducted for all adults who wish to volunteer at the Royal Oak Public Library.
Applications will not be processed until the background check Consent Form is completed.
