Thanks to the enthusiasm of your neighbors, we've reached our limit for this fall's planting. However, we encourage you to submit a request for next year's program.

I agree to have a city arborist determine the specific location within the public right-of-way and the species of the tree(s) to be planted.

I will be responsible for the successful establishment of the new planting on my property, including proper watering. (Guidelines on the watering and care for the young trees will be provided by the city.)

I understand tree quantities are to limited one per residential address, corner lots may be eligible to receive two. SUBMITTING THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE I WILL GET A TREE.
